Gorgeous 1970’s Tagaki hand painted halter maxi dress with oversized collar. Back zipper. Two hidden side pockets. Button and hook and eye closure at neckline. One button is missing. It is hidden by the collar and does not affect overall look or fit. The dress is 100% polyester but has a raw silk look. Size 10. Please refer to the measurements below for fit.
